Yusra is currently leading Yellow Streets, a Delhi based non-profit serving as an accessible support system for underprivileged communities. The organisation stands out for it's work on grassroots capacity building and engage underprivileged children and young people into progressive leadership experiences.
Suheil Tandon is the Director-Founder of Pro Sport Development, an award-winning social enterprise dedicated to utilising sport for the holistic development of children and youth. Suheil specializes in the sport and development field, with particular expertise of working with diverse groups of young persons.

Sai Krishna Pulluru is an MSc Sport Management Graduate from Coventry University, UK. He’s passionate about utilizing sport for development of children and youth, particularly those coming from rural and underprivileged communities. Currently, he’s working as a Director of Sports (Anantapur Sports Academy) in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

A feminist committed to women's rights and an activist for more than three decades. She has been part of many research-studies at the national level along with different training programs. She has worked to increase leadership and executive abilities in girls and women. She is associated with many organisations and institutions due to her work at policy advocacy level.
Nathaniel Da Costa
Forca Goa Foundation
Nathaniel da Costa is the Senior Manager at Forca Goa Foundation, a not for profit organisation that fosters community focussed, holistic grassroots programs to develop football in India. He is passionate about grassroots development and creating opportunities for young people in football. He holds an AIFF D Coaching Licence and is a Premier League certified Coach Educator.
Pradyot Voleti is a Professional Basketball Skill Development trainer and Founder of Dribble Academy Foundation , One of India's leading Sports for Development Non Profits which uses Basketball to impart lifeskills in under resourced communities such as villages and urban slums .
Chief Operating Officer
Neha is currently the COO at Launch gURLS, where she is working on enabling more girls to be economically independent, and have security and choice in their lives. Neha co-founded Just For Kicks in 2011. Having grown the life skills through football program to a full-fledged organisation over 6 years, she integrated Just For Kicks into Enabling Leadership along with Music Basti, and then served as a Management Team member, Operations Director and Partnerships Director at Enabling Leadership.
Dream A Dream
An accidental engineer and an avid sports lover, Anirban has more than 5-year experience working in sport for development sector, having been part of the fundraising team and leading advocacy for ‘sports for good’ at Dream a Dream. He also has experiences in governance, safeguarding, strategy development, International project collaboration, and policy-related research.
